The Simple Truth

2011 has been a tough year for The Clear Lake Texas real estate market. (See Market Trend) The December market continued to improve slightly in the Clear Creek ISD, Friendswood ISD, and Dickinson ISD. (See my Market Report) A bright spot in December was the sales of homes to $700K improved. However, median price for all homes sold in CCISD has declined to 2007 levels. Sales of homes over $400K have been weak all year with many months of unsold inventory. The bright spot in the Clear Lake market for 2011 has been with sales of homes from $100K to $300K.
